Went down to IKEA (furniture store) in Regensburg tonite, managed to fill the Opal with odds and ends, and enjoyed the wonderful German hospitality. Ikea does make some good hotdogs. Still need a bed, so we may hit the one in Nurnberg this weekend.

The wind chill was way down today, making a planned 3hr ride into a 2. Even had company for the second hour.
Found some cool little towns, many looking very similar, and without a gps unit, you wonder where you are.

Today we headed to the closest big city, Amberg, to do a little post x-mas shopping and grab a bite to eat. Angela found some deals for the kids and herself, which is quite an accomplishment, because she never finds clothes for herself.
